Plug in, lie back

Floor, bed or sofa. Plug the included cable into the USB-C port on the side pod and into a USB wall adapter (not included). Lie down and rest the curve of your neck on the raised centre, and let your head settle into the lower rest.

Press once, let it run

Warmth + Vibration model: two buttons, one for warmth and one for vibration. Press and hold a button to switch it on or off; short-press it to step through low, medium and high.

Warmth + Vibration + Lift model (Lift only): press and hold the power button to switch on or off; it runs the automatic cycle of vibration, lift and warmth. Short-press the mode button to choose vibration, lift or warmth on its own.

Breathe, then get up

Ten to twenty minutes is plenty. Press and hold to switch off, unplug, and carry on with your evening. It is a session pillow, not something to sleep on.

Anyone with a neck injury, a recent surgery, a pacemaker or other implanted device, or who is pregnant should ask a doctor before using a heated massage pillow. Start on a low setting, and if anything feels uncomfortable or too warm, stop.
