These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TARVI website at tarvi.us (the "Site") and every purchase made through the TARVI online store. The Site is operated by TARVI ("TARVI," "we," "us," or "our") and is powered by Shopify.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. TARVI currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

2. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your order. The sale is complete when TARVI sends you a shipping confirmation. TARVI may cancel or decline an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing error, a payment problem, suspected fraud or incorrect order information. If an order is canceled or declined, any payment collected is refunded in full.

3. Prices and Pricing Errors

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, TARVI is not required to sell it at that price. In that case, TARVI will notify you and you may proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at checkout and processed securely through Shopify's payment providers. TARVI does not store full payment-card information.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping times, tracking and the remedies available when an order is delayed or does not arrive are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for a package passes to you when the carrier delivers it to the shipping address provided with your order.

6. Returns, Refunds, Damaged and Faulty Items

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with the customer paying return shipping for change-of-mind returns; fixtures that have been wired in or installed are not returnable unless faulty; and items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect are replaced or refunded at TARVI's cost.

7. Product Information

We describe our products using the maker's specifications, including dimensions, materials, light output and color temperature. Measurements may vary slightly between production runs, and colors and light can look different on different screens. Photographs show the product we sell; room settings, furniture and decor shown with it are for illustration and are not included.

8. Installation and Electrical Safety

Many TARVI products are hardwired light fixtures and lighted mirrors. Hardwired products should be installed by a licensed electrician in line with local building and electrical codes. Turn off power at the breaker before installing or servicing any fixture. Use each product only as described in the instructions supplied with it and on its product page, use bulbs of the type and wattage specified, and use indoor products indoors only. Do not modify or attempt to repair a product; contact us instead.

9. Limitation of Liability

TARVI stands behind each product arriving in working order and behind the commitments in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Beyond those commitments, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, TARVI's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and TARVI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including installation or removal costs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing waives any right you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Content You Submit

If you send TARVI a review, photo or message, you grant TARVI permission to display it on the Site with your first name only. You may ask TARVI to remove it at any time through our contact form.

11. Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, photographs, layout and branding on the Site belong to TARVI or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without TARVI's written permission.
